I finished creating my document a while ago, but now I need edits. What should I do?

No problem! For edits to a document you had created through Leya, just re-open your Case (Chat) and pick up the conversation. You can refer back to the document (saved in your Chat history), and provide a list of concerns or specific requests.

If you created a document prior to using Leya, and need assistance with edits, just start a new Chat. Give the Case a name you’ll remember, and provide the Chat assistant with the relevant document and your concerns. Someone will be happy to connect you with the answers and edits you need.
