What services can the chat assistant offer?
The Chat assistant is your first line of help. The assistant can provide legal information such as relevant legislation and case law, as well as offer general information about questions in practice areas such as wills and estates, family/relationships, traffic violations, citizenship and immigration, real estate, consumer rights and debt.
The Chat assistant will also facilitate and help schedule your Virtual Consultation: they may ask for documents or other information about your case, so that they can recommend the best attorney for your questions.
The Chat assistant can't provide legal counsel, including advice, document generation, and other specialized services where advice is applied to a situation.
